Stellar Moves is a web-based locational astrology application operated by Steven Blonder, a professional astrologer at astroanalyst.net. The application calculates and interprets Cosmodynes (Astrodynes) using the Brotherhood of Light / C.C. Zain system.
By using Stellar Moves you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes do not apply to the current billing period.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly on the date you subscribe, or annually on the date you subscribe. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stellar Moves does not store your payment card details.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry per Stripe's standard retry schedule. Access may be suspended if payment cannot be collected after the retry period.
You will receive a receipt from Stripe for every successful payment. For billing questions, contact steven@stellarmoves.net.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to your plan features until that date — there is no penalty and no immediate loss of access.
To cancel, use the Manage Subscription link in the app header (gear icon → Subscription), or email steven@stellarmoves.net and we will cancel on your behalf within one business day.
After cancellation takes effect your account will revert to an expired state. Your saved chart data is retained for 90 days in case you resubscribe. After 90 days inactive data may be removed.
Annual subscriptions follow the same policy — cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the annual period already paid for.
Refunds
Stellar Moves does not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel before your billing period ends, you retain access for the remainder of that period and will not be charged again. No monetary refund is issued for unused time.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure that prevented access to the service for a significant portion of the billing period. To request an exception, contact steven@stellarmoves.net with details.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
Free Trial
New users may access Stellar Moves free for 7 days. A valid payment card is required to start a trial — you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to Personal monthly at $5.99/month.
One free trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is not permitted and may result in access being revoked.
You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge. See the Cancellation section for how to cancel.
Acceptable Use
Stellar Moves is licensed for your personal or professional use. You may not:
— Share your login credentials with others or allow multiple people to access a single account simultaneously.
— Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the application.
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the calculation engine or ephemeris data.
— Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Your Data & Privacy
What we collect. We collect your email address, username, and subscription status when you create an account. We store the chart data you enter (birth dates, times, and locations of people you add). We do not collect browsing history, device identifiers, or behavioral analytics.
How we use it. Your data is used solely to provide the service — to store your charts, manage your subscription, and send transactional emails (receipts, trial reminders, account notices). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent and we do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for any purpose.
Chart data. The birth data and chart profiles you create belong to you. We store them to power the application. If you connect Google Drive, your chart data is synced to your own Google account — we do not retain a copy on our servers beyond what is needed to serve the app session.
Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled: stripe.com/privacy.
AI interpretations. When you generate an AI interpretation, your chart data and a structured prompt are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the response. This data is transmitted under Anthropic's API terms and is not used to train their models. We do not store the AI-generated text on our servers beyond your active session.
Data retention. Active subscriber data is retained for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation, chart data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing steven@stellarmoves.net.
Security. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use Railway's hosted infrastructure with standard cloud security practices.
EU / GDPR Rights
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process your personal data on the legal basis of contract performance (to provide the service you subscribed to) and legitimate interests (account security and service communications).
Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Portability — request your chart data in a machine-readable format (JSON export is available in-app).
Restriction — ask us to limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
To exercise any of these rights, email steven@stellarmoves.net with your request. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge for reasonable requests.
Data transfers. Stellar Moves is operated from the United States. If you are in the EU, your data is transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on standard contractual clauses and Stripe's EU data processing addendum for payment data. By using the service you acknowledge this transfer.
If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Liability & Disclaimers
Stellar Moves is an informational and exploratory tool. Astrological analyses, scores, and AI-generated interpretations are for personal reflection and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — financial, medical, legal, psychological, or otherwise.
Relocation decisions are significant life choices. The app's analyses are one input among many. We strongly encourage you to consult qualified professionals — financial advisors, legal counsel, healthcare providers — before making any major decision about where to live or work. Stellar Moves and Steven Blonder accept no responsibility for outcomes resulting from relocation or other decisions made in reliance on the application's output.
The service is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep Stellar Moves available and to ensure the accuracy of its calculations, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that results will meet your specific requirements.
Planetary positions are calculated using the Swiss Ephemeris, a well-established astronomical computation library. Astrodynes scoring follows the Brotherhood of Light / C.C. Zain system as closely as practicable in software. However, minor variations from other software implementations may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the billing period in which the issue occurred.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
